Anent thereto, the implementer/contractor is requesting your good office for the
2nd year release on the Protection and Maintenance of the said program in the amount
of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 300,000.00), please find attached List of Due
and Demandable.

SUBJECT : SUBMISSION OF INPUTS/DATA AND FINANCIAL
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROPOSED MAHAYAHAY
WATERSHED MALUSO, BASILAN FOR C.Y.-2017-2020.

Submitted herewith is a four (4) year input/data and its financial requirements
covering Calendar Year 2017 to CY-2020 for the Proposed Mahayahay Watershed of
Maluso, Basilan Province.

Please be informed that Mahayahay Watershed covers an approximate area of

2,726.76 hectares with a total proposed identified plantable site of 1,580 hectares with a
total of 718,000 assorted seedling requirements and a budgetary estimates of ₱
20,190,000.00.

Be informed further that groundwater resources of the Mahayahay Watershed

area faces a serious threats from a unregulated developments and degradation.
Immediate rehabilitation so require to evade the future shortage of potable water,
agricultural and irrigation needs of the locality.
