January 15, 2019 Regular CRA Meeting

INOVIA CONSULTING GROUP PROJECTS:

(30 minutes).

ITEM 1: NW Ave B Community Revitalization project.

1. Report from Russel Large regarding proceeding with change order for construction of
Phase II and Information Letters sent out to each affected property owner in Phase II
project limits.
2. Report from Rusty Pigott of Pigott Asphalt, contractor for NW Ave B Project, regarding
timeframe for completion of phase I and phase II, outline plans to complete project by
contracted completion date, and foreseen problems/issues that may prolong full
completion of the project.
3. Discussion and possible action if any change orders requested.

CRA BOARD PROJECTS:

(30 minutes).

ITEM 1: Discussion and possible action regarding needed repairs to irrigation system in
CRA District.

ITEM 2: Discussion and possible action regarding repairs/replacement of Marine St. light
fixtures.

ITEM 3: Discussion and possible action regarding repairs/replacement of aluminum

fencing along Riverwalk Park sidewalk.
