WAIVER OF EXTRADITION

I, KRYSTAL WHIPPLE, do freely and voluntarily state that I am KRYSTAL WHIPPLE, the person against whom criminal
proceedings are pending in the County of CLARK, State of Nevada.

I, also freely, voluntarily, without promises of reward or leniency, without threats or coercion consent and elect to return to that
jurisdiction without requisition papers, warrant of rendition or other legal process or formal extradition warrant.

I UNDERSTAND THAT IF I HAVE LOCAL CRIMINAL CHARGES PENDING THAT THIS WAIVER WILL NOT TAKE
EFFECT UNTIL THE LOCAL CHARGES ARE DISPOSED OF. ALSO, I UNDERSTAND I WILL BE HELD WITHOUT
BOND UNTIL THERE IS A DISPOSITION OF THE LOCAL CHARGES.

THIS WAIVER AND AGREEMENT IS MADE BY ME WITHOUT REFERENCE TO MY GUILT OR INNOCENCE AND
SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED IN ANY MANNER AS AN INFERENCE OR ADMISSION OF GUILT.

I STATE THAT BEFORE SIGNING THIS WAIVER, I UNDERSTOOD AND SIGNED THE FUGITIVE RIGHTS FORM.

I further acknowledge that the judge before whom this Waiver of Extradition is being executed has advised me that I have the right
to require the issuance or service of a Warrant of Extradition, the right to contest extradition by Habeas Corpus as provided for in
A.R.S. 13-3850, the right to the assistance of a lawyer at my own expense and the right to bail before issuance of a Warrant of
Extradition.

I knowing, intelligently and voluntarily give up these rights by signing this Waiver of Extradition.

This Waiver is signed and executed this 12 day of January 2019 in the presence of a judge of this Court.
