AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT, entered into by and between BARANGAY BAGAY,

TUGUEGARAO CITY represented by ARNEL M. PAGUIRIGAN, of legal age,
married and a resident of Bagay Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, hereinafter referred
to as the FIRST PARTY; and VALJOHN MABBORANG, of legal age, single and
a resident of Bagay, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, hereinafter referred to as the
SECOND PARTY;

WITNESSETH THAT:

The FIRST PARTY has a yearly activity of BARANGAY BASKETBALL

LEAGUE to run from January 2017 to April 2017;

The SECOND PARTY is engaged as a freelance coach and trainor of

various sports clinics and activities in the different barangays in Tuguegarao City;

The FIRST PARTY engages the services of the SECOND PARTY to act as
the HEAD OF THE OFFICIATING TEAM for the said annual activity.

The following shall be the terms and conditions of this Agreement:

1. As the HEAD REFEREE, the SECOND PARTY shall recruit not more than
ten (10) members of the OFFICIATING TEAM in order to accomplish the
activity of the FIRST PARTY;

2. The FIRST PARTY shall pay the SECOND PARTY a total remuneration of
ONE HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P105,000.00) to be divided
equally among the members of the officiating team;

3. The SECOND PARTY undertakes to ensure that there are members of the
officiating team present at the happening of every game until the end of
the basketball tournament; and

4. The FIRST PARTY shall have the right to rescind this contract for a blatant
non-compliance or refusal of the SECOND PARTY to fulfill with its
obligations under this Agreement

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto set our hands this _____ day of
