ACCUSED, through counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most

respectfully submit his comment/objection to the following exhibits offered in
evidence by the prosecution, to wit:

“A” and series Joint affidavit of Apprehension Self-serving; inconsistent; the

Orcajada/Balaba search and seizure was illegal;

“B” and series Certification from Firearm Irrelevant and immaterial since
and Explosive Unit subject firearm was issued by
Army to Alyn Lantingan

“C” Warrant of Arrest issued Admitted

in the name of the accused
for the crime of murder

“D” Cal 30 M1 Garand Subject weapon was issued to

Alyn Lantingan by the Army
and the same was taken from
his house by the arresting team;
“E” I clip for garand rifle Admitted;

“F” 8 rounds of ammunition Subject ammunition was illegally

for cal 30 confiscated by the police;

WHEREFORE, accused prayed that the foregoing exhibits be denied

admission and the object evidences were issued to Alyn Lantingan and illegally
confiscated by the police during the execution of the warrant.
