Project Scheduling
(CJ29)
Definition:-

Scheduling of project is done to align the dates.

The purpose of date scheduling is to determine the


duration of phases in a project, which events are
particularly important for the schedule, float times, and
critical paths.

Maintain dates in the work breakdown structures and


individual networks. It is possible to check and change
them in all stages of a project.

Note:-

Different transactions to change and display only dates


help to have control over the scheduling with different
person using authorization if required for the business
process.
Prerequisite:-

Project structure must exist with WBS and Network


Menu Path:-

SAP Menu Æ Logistics Æ Project System Æ Dates Æ

Double click CJ29

Enter the project definition


Click

Select the object to be scheduled. E.g. Network

Click to view activity dates

Click

Click to view dates old and new

Click

Click
