1. The D284/D285/D286/D287/D288/D289 will be available as a Self Paced

online training update if the Service Professional has completed the service
training for the D197 models.
This training is meant for Service Professionals who are already certified on MP
2554 (D197). This training only covers the new features and changes.

2. Service Professionals who did not complete the service training for the D197
model must complete the Self Paced online training.
This training is designed for Service Professionals who have completed the
