COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement, made and entered into this 27th day of July 2018, in the
City of Dagupan, Philippines, by and between:

MICHAEL ANGELO O. CAGULADA of legal age,

single, Filipino, and a resident of No. 114 Baranga
Salaan, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, Philippines, re-
ferred to as the FIRST PARTY;

- and -

LIZA Q. PERIAS of legal age, single, Filipino, and a

resident of No. 128 Palatong, Bonuan Binloc, Da-
gupan City, Philippines hereinafter referred to as the
SECOND PARTY;

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, the PARTIES are former live-in partners.

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY are four (4)
years as live-in partners but due to irreconcilable interest they are now sepa-
rated de facto.

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY have a mi-
nor child named Michaela Elize, 5 years old.

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY has agreed with SECOND PARTY to

give support to their child.

NOW, THEREFORE, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY

hereby agree and covenant that the FIRST PARTY will support the child un-
der the following terms and conditions, to wit:

1. DATE OF EFFECTIVITY. The said Memorandum of Agreement exe-

cuted by parties takes effect upon the signing of this instrument.

2. That custody of the child will remain with the SECOND PARTY.

3. That the FIRST PARTY shall give a monthly support to the SECOND
PARTY in a sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P2,500.00) to cover
the child’s allowance including groceries and the child’s needs.

4. That said support shall be given on or before the 10th day of each month
through the Barangay Hall of Bonuan Binloc, Dagupan City, and will com-
mence on 10 September 2018, and each month thereafter.

5. That the SECOND PARTY shall allow the FIRST PARTY to visit their
child anytime of the day, and can bring out their child provided that he should
return the child on the same day.

 6. The SECOND PARTY also agrees that the FIRST PARTY could get
the child during school vacation and on important events/gatherings in the
FIRST PARTY’S side.

7. That in cases of hospitalization and other untoward incidents that may

happen with their child the PARTIES agrees to shoulder the expenses incurred
equally.

8. The parties hereby agree that they willingly, readily and voluntarily en-
ter the covenant and provisions stated herein and that the same shall be bind-
ing to them.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 27th

day of July 2018, in the Municipality of Rosario, La Union, Philippines.

instrument and they acknowledged to me that the same is their free voluntary
act and deed.

This instrument consisting of two (2) pages including this page wherein
the acknowledgement is written and duly signed by the parties and their in-
strumental witnesses on each and every page thereof, refers to the Memoran-
dum of Agreement between parties.
