Subject:‐  AGE RELAXATION FOR THE POST OF   CIVIL JUDGES/JUDICIAL 

MAGISTRATES/ALAQA QAZI (BS‐18), ADVT. NO. 05/2017 

It is notified for the information of all the candidates appearing in the Competitive Examination 
2017  for  the  post  of  Civil  Judges‐cum‐Judicial Magistrates  that  case with  regard  to  upper  age 
limit for the said post has been examined in consultation with the Establishment Department. 
According  to  their  advice  a  candidate  can  either  avail  benefit  of  Rule  2(1)  or  Rule  2(2). 
Candidates  having  age  more  than  thirty  four  years  shall  not  be  eligible  for  the  post  of  Civil 
Judge‐cum‐Judicial  Magistrate/  Allaqa  Qazi  unless  relaxation  is  accorded  by  the  competent 
authority.
