2019 SERMON SERIES

1. More than Enough, A study on the sufficiency of Christ’s mercy, faithfulness, hope
2. Health Matters, a series that seeks to help with financial health, emotional health, physical,
relational, spiritual health, etc.
3. The Greatest Sermon Ever Preached Series, a verse by verse study on the sermon on the mount
and the beatitudes
4. The Master’s Men, character study on the 12 Disciples
5. The Law of the Lord is Perfect, a closer look at the 10 Commandments
6. Beneath the Cross of Jesus, a study on the characters of the cross (Mary Magdalene, Pilate,
Caiaphas, Barabbas, Unnamed Soldier who crucified Jesus, Simon of Cyrene, The Two Thieves,
The Centurion)
7. The Anatomy of God (the hand, mouth, eyes, ears, mind of God)

VISION SUNDAY

1. Remind BCBC of our Mission, Vision, Purpose, and Process.

2. Define what our FOCUS will be on 2019. Basically, it’s just more of the same with an
emphasis on knowing Jesus more.
3. Announce Possible Service Time Change
4. Clearly define the purpose of small group classes. We will assign a cool name for each class.
Appoint leaders and designate specific tasks for each leaders.
5. Present 2019 Calendar of Events and promote excitement and highlight events
6. Announce specific goals and projects (acquisition of adjacent lot, renovation and design of
pulpit area, LED stage lights, new TV screens and/or projectors, new microphones and
stand, additional tables for fellowship hall, church van)
7. Present ways and ideas to be more engaged to the community
