ON 01/13/2019 AT APPROXIMATELY 1330 HOURS AT THE FASHION PLACE MALL LOCATED AT 6191 S STATE ST
MURRAY, UT, THE DEFENDANT, FLAVIANO AGUILAR, ENGAGED IN ACTIVITY WITH FELLOW 'FLORENCIA 13' GANG
MEMBERS BY CONFRONTING MEMBERS OF A RIVAL GANG. ALL PARTIES AGREED TO GO OUTSIDE AND CONTINUE
THE CONFRONTATION WHEN ONE MEMBER FROM EACH GANG PULLED OUT FIREARMS AND EXCHANGE GUNFIRE
DURING BUSINESS HOURS. THIS INCIDENT RESULTED IN SERIOUS BODILY INJURY TO TWO PERSONS. SINCE THE
SHOOTING INCIDENT AGUILAR ENGAGED IN ACTIVITY TO FURTHER PREVENT THE APPREHENSION OF ANOTHER
SUSPECT BY SENDING HIM MONEY VIA AN APPLICATION TO A KNOWN ACQUAINTANCE.

The person would constitute a substantial danger to any other person or to the community, or is likely to flee the
jurisdiction of the court
FLAVIANO AGUILAR ASSOCIATES WITH GANG MEMBERS OF THE FLORENCIA 13 SURENO GANG WHICH DIRECTLY
ENGAGED IN ACTIVITY THAT RESULTED IN SERIOUS BODILY INJURY AND MASS PUBLIC ALARM.
