www.ScottCountyIFA.com Example: SECC911 Scott Count Emergency Communications Center SECC911 Website In 2004 Scott County invites Davenport to to join in the creation of a Public Safety Authority, to explore consolidation of emergency services.
In order to consolidate emergency dispatching services
between the County, Davenport, Bettendorf and Medic EMS and the Scott County Emergency Management Agency, an intergovernmental agreement was signed, under a new state law for 28E's.
