TRAINING DESIGN

TITLE: Leadership In Us and Its Importance as an Accounting Personnel

RATIONALE: In every organization, there should be a leader that will guide, direct and
motivate the members. Without this individual, a firm like the Accounting
Office will lose its way to attain its organizational goal effectively and
efficiently. Some are born to be leaders but most of us requires
development and training to be one.

As part of our commitment to support the Provincial Government’s quality

policy of the performance in the aspect of its financial accounting, the
Provincial Accounting Office will hold a leadership training program

OBJECTIVE: At the end of the 2-day program, the participants will be able to:

1. To gain knowledge about the art of leadership that will be useful for
them to improve their professionalism and leadership in the field of
accounting that may be applied in their daily basis in interacting with
co-workers.

2. To recognize the leadership traits in themselves.

3. To apply the learnings in the most conflicting and stressful situations

as reflected in the activities to be done during the program.

4. To apply the most apt leadership style to handle a situation efficiently

and matching the personal leadership style with organizational goals
and needs.
