Preface:
To correct a birth time, we have two techniques in the microastrology.
1.Technique:
If we have birth time and/or a death-time from another family member, we can
compare the suns and correct the birth time and control birth time with
progressions and returns.
I have shown in my work "Microastrology" and "The exact time of death and birth
time correction" with the examples how to correct birth time with sun-comparing
method . In the work "Microastrology" old progression keys (one tropical day =
one tropical year) were used, which was wrong.
2. Technique :
Unless we know of any other birth time in the family, we can control and correct
the birth time with the events.
First of all, it is very important to know how correct is the birth time that to be
corrected. If someone is claimed to have more than one birth time, one must
first determine what time is right. If you can not control the birth time whether it
is right or not, you can do not correct the birth time.
We must first check the birth time before we correct if the given time is
reasonably correct. It's not true when someone says you have to have many
events to correct a birth time.
You do not need many events for that but just two, one for control and another
for confirmation. For us not the many events but exact events are important. We
only use the planets and planetary axes that we can assign to the event.
The second most important is where and which harmonic we should use. The
birth time that is given and the event time we are examining decide which
harmonic and which progression to use.
1-If we have minutes exactly (+/- 4 minutes correct) birth time and minute
accurate event time, we can use any progression / returns up to harmonic 4096.
2-If we have minutes exactly birth time but from the event only the day is
known, we can use returns with all harmonics, but the progressions only up to
256 harmonic.
3-If the birth time is rounded up to quarter of an hour and from the event only
the day is known, we should use only up to 256 harmonic with all progressions
and returns.
The rule is more exact birth time and event time the higher harmonics we can
use.
4-How do we investigate if two different birth times are claimed for one person?:
a-If the information differs only 4-5 minutes, we use harmonic 4096
b-If the details differ by one hour, we use harmonic 256 and 1024.

c-If the information differs several hours / days / years, we use harmonic 16 and
64. n
We do not have to control all 2 harmonics.
If we only control harmonic 16,64,256,1024 and 4096 depending on birth time
and event time, we would also have controlled other intermediate harmonics.
It's not true if someone says you can not prove the correction if it's true or not.
You can prove a birth time correction that is correct if you have universally valid
rules.

We also take the birth of the mother and father because we can go back in time.

Rules for birth time control and correction:
Rule 1- The planets that have to do with the event must form harmonics in
returns and in progressions with each other and / or with the natal positions. The
higher the harmonic they must be more exact .
When Evangeline Adams had died, secondary converse Mars with natal Mars and
with secondary converse Saturn exact, if the birth dates were 8 February 1859 at
08:30 AM.

Rule 2- If the same place is activated in different progression and / or returns
with the planets that have to do with the event , there is a sign that the birth
time is right.
e.g. When Marie Steiner, Rudolf Steiner's wife died, lunar MA / SA and
Progressed Lunar MA / SA were exactly the same place, namely on Natal AC-DC
axis and on Natal DC Lord Mars, if Rudolf Steiner's birthday would be February
27.

Rule 4- If the planets that have to do with the event are mutually harmonic
with their natal position, it is also a sign that the birth time is the right one. Here
(left) is married as Clinton, were transit sun with natal venus and transit Venus
with natal sun exactly.
And (right) when Kate Middleton's grandfather 7 died on September 10, 2003
Kate Middleton had lunar SU = natal UR, lunar UR = natal SU, if she had birth
time at 23:33.

Rule 5- If some Progressions or Returns do not show the event clearly, the time
of birth is not correct. It may happen that the controlled time with the correct
birth time is harmonic. What I mean here, I would like to explain with an
example.
For example, if we take Diana's marriage-time as a natal and check her death.
We will see that natal (marriage) shows the death because marriage time is
harmonic with the birth time.
Another example:
Assuming we know the birth time (3 °00'00'') and let us take the time that the
sun is 5 ° 48' 45 '' with the natal sun have exactly 2 ° 48 '45' ' difference .The
wrong time with the Sun 5° 48'45'' will also show in some Progressions and
Returns as if correct. Therefore, all Progressions and Returns have to show the
event and that can only correct birth time.

The control of birth times :

1-In September 2014 a new, well researched, biography by Mark Whitacker has
the birth time of 3 pm
2-Biography: Ronald L. Smith "Cosby," 1988, p.1, gives 3:00 AM.
3-Amir Bey quoted him for 0.30 am in American Astrology 9/l993.
We have three possible birth times for Bill Cosby.
As a first event we take the marriage of Bill Cosby.

"Cosby married Camille Hanks on January 25, 1964."
The most important planets in marriage are the Sun, Venus, Node, AC and DC
Lords. We need to focus our attention on these three planets. These three
planets will form planetary pictures with each other and / or with their natal
location exact harmonics.
Which of these birth times fulfills this requirement is the correct birth time.
We use harmonic 256 here because the two birth times differ from each other for
12 hours. If difference was small, e.g. 5 minutes, then we would have to use
harmonic 4096.

As you can see here, our preconditions are with the birth time 15:00 perfect
fulfilled, the planets that have to do with the marriage have been activated and
to form exact harmonics.
Here are the most important for 15:00 birth time:

first, that Lunar Venus is her natal place very exactly harmonic
(difference 18 "),
and second, the Lunar Sun with natal sun position exact and stands between
Venus / Node.
An important event always occur, when progressed sun with natal sun
forms exact harmonic.

It is very important to know how correct the birth time is to be corrected.
1-If the time windows are a few minutes that we are supposed to correct , we
should check it with harmonic 4096 and correct it to the minute. No matter how
exact the event is, we must not start with hrmonic 65536 right now.
The events are only our landmarks but not exact correction time. We correct the
birth time with progressions and returns but not with "exactly" established transit
time. Because of exact transit time a few seconds could be wrong. Because we
can not know it, we do not rely on transit time but on progressions and returns.
If the birth time is more than 5-10 minutes wrong (for example, quarter-hour
indications), we should first correct with lower harmonic so that the birth time is
correct until a couple of minutes, then we can fine tune with harmonic 4096.
Only 1 " difference is acceptable. Not an orb would be, but if we divide the circle
again and again to two, one second is lost.

How do we determine which of the event times is correct if more than
one event time is given ?
Let's take Jane Fonda's Marriage as an example. 21 December 1991 at 12:09 PM

in Chicago, IL (Third marriage, Ted Turner). There is other time in astro.com
page, which is also 11:22 AM as event time , which is very common in
astro.com.
We take harmonic 4096 and compare progressive planetary positions with

transit, tertiary, and minor progression. Since the most important planet in a
radix is sun, we compare the sun positions for both times to see if a time better
reflects the event. Of course, the birth time must be exactly accurate at least to
the minute.
Now the question is, is it 12:09 PM or 11:22 AM?
