Abstrak
Fertilisasi in vitro merupakan teknologi reproduksi bantuan yang masih berkembang dalam
menghadapi masalah infertilitas. Kesuksesan IVF tergantung pada banyak faktor yang peran
independennya belum sepenuhnya diselidiki. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk
mengevaluasi peran faktor terkait pada wanita dengan infertilitas yang menjalani IVF di RSUP
Sanglah pada tahun 2014 sampai 2018. Dalam penelitian kohort retrospektif, 92 wanita dirujuk
ke pusat infertilitas RSUP Sanglah untuk menjalani prosedur IVF pada periode 2014 sampai
2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 37 responden (40,22%) berhasil melakukan IVF, dan 55
responden (59,78%) lainnya tidak berhasil melakukan IVF. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji
statistic Chi-Square dan menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara usia ibu, durasi
subfertilitas, kadar basal FSH, kadar prolaktin, jumlah oosit yang didapat, jumlah embrio yang
ditransfer dengan keberhasilan IVF. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara indeks
massa tubuh dan kadar estradiol dengan keberhasilan IVF.

Abstract
In vitro fertilization is assisted reproductive technology that is still developing to deal with
infertility problems. The success of IVF depends on many factors whose independent role has
not been fully investigated. The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of associated factors
in women with infertility who underwent IVF at Sanglah Hospital during 2014 to 2018. In a
retrospective cohort study, 92 women were referred to the infertility center at Sanglah Hospital
to undergo IVF procedures during period 2014 to 2018. The results of the study showed 37
respondents (40,22%) managed to do IVF, and 55 respondents (59,78%) others did not succeed
in IVF. Chi-Square statistical tests were used for processing data and showed a significant
correlation between maternal age, duration of subfertility, ovulation induction, basal FSH level,
prolactin levels, number of oocytes retrieved, number of embryos transferred with IVF success.
There was no significant relationship between body mass index and estradiol levels with the
success of IVF.
