Re: Quotation for New Genset Controller System

Good day sir Mor,

We are pleased to offer our proposal for new control system for your existing Volvo Genset
as follow;

Reference: Volvo Penta TAD1631GE model, 494KW, 220/240V, 1800rpm, 60hz, 3phase,
open type skid base Genset.

Item/Qty PARTICULAR

One(1) lot For the supply controller materials, labor, necessary tools for the
installation of the following items;
 Harsen GU620 Control LCD module
 Automaatic Volt Regulator
 Speed controller
 Magnetic pick-up
 Battery Trickle Charger
 All necessary wiring and tapping
 Including disconnection/dismantling of existing control system
 Engine cleaning from oil and dirt sediment

One(1) lot Amount……………………….. Php 275,000.00

Note: Quoted amount excluded any oil or fuel leak that can be seen after
engine body cleaning.
Supplied  Six(6) months or 200hours whichever comes first after Genset
item with actual load testing.

Warranty
 Terms Of Payment  50% downpayment upon issuance of P.O.
 50% full payment after actual load testing.

Lead Time Two(2) days from the date of disconnection of existing

controller to installation of new controller and testing.

Cancellation. In case of cancellation of order for reasons other than ours, payments will be refunded
less all applicable charges, including but not limited to the cancellation charge, which is equivalent to
25% of the total contract price. We reserve the right to deem the order cancelled if full payment is not
received within 30 days from presentation of shipping documents or notice of availability, whichever is
applicable.
