SCHEDULE OF BARGE NENE AND MOBILIZATION FOR BOREDPILING WORKS

July 16, 2006 (sun) - Departure of Barge nene from PASAR to MAC builders, Albuera, Ormoc
( with 80ton crane, casagrande, other accessories)
 July 17, 2006 (mon) – Loading of Aggregates for Butuan project

July 18, 2006 (tues) – Departure to Butuan Project

July 20, 2006 (thurs) – Arrival at Butuan Project, Unloading of equipment and matls for 2
days.

July 22,2006 (sat) – departure to Cebu to load T Beams and Tie Beams for PASAR Project

July 25, 2006 (tues) - Arrival of Barge Nene at PASAR Project.

CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE (BOREDPILING WORKS PIER 1 TO PIER 5 )

July 24 to Aug 06, 2006

-Preparation and Set up of equipments and bentonite plant
-Construction of mud pool (tent or tarpauline method)
-Set up of Temporary Casing requirement and pipe linings to site
-MIXING OF BENTOSAND MUD FOR 2-3 DAYS
-Batching plant preparation (supply of Cement, Aggregates and
Sand)
-Preparation of flat form for drilling pad

NOTE: MOBILIZATION OF BENTONITE PLANT IS VERY URGENT

TO THE SCHEDULE OF BOREDPILING WORKS TO MEET THE NOVEMBER
09, 2006 COMPLETION DATE OF THE PROJECT.

Aug 07 to Sept 04, 2006

-START OF BOREDPILING WORKS (28 DAYS ONLY)
-30 SETS – 24Mtr to 34 Mtr DEPTH
- 1 set BP / day rate = 30 DAYS
- 5 EXTRA DAYS INCLUDED will be for the demolition of the
existing Approach of Magsaysay Bridge

Sept 05 to Nov 09,2006

-66 DAYS FOR THE REMAINING WORKS
-CONSTRUCTION OF PILECAP, COLUMN, COPING
BEAM AND ERECTION OF GIRDER, SLAB.

NOTE: Completion of Girder Fabrication for P1 to P5 sched on 1st week

August, 2006.
