BIOGRAPHICAL DATA

The researcher was born in Cadiz,

Kalamansig, Sultan Kudarat on 5th day of June,

1994. The fifth child of Mr. William Y. Navarro Sr.

and Mrs. Rosalinda C. Navarro (deceased) and

which resides at Cadiz, Kalamansig, Sultan

Kudarat.

He finished his primary education in Teresita Patalinjug Memorial

Elementary School (TPMES), Cadiz,Kalamansig, Sultan Kudarat, in the year of

2012 and took his secondary education at Kalamansig National High School,

Kalamansig, Sultan Kudarat.Pursued. To achieve his dream and to earn more

knowledge, he continued his tertiary education at Sultan Kudarat State University

Kalamansig Campus, Kalamansig, Sultan Kudarat and took up Bachelor of

Science in Information Technology

ABSTRACT

NAVARRO JR. WILLIAM C. 2017, “Computerized PTA Monitoring and Billing


System of Teresita Patalinjug Memorial Elementary School”, Sultan Kudarat
State University -College of Fisheries Kalamansig Sultan Kudarat.

Adviser: AUBREY JOHN T. BUENDIA , MIT

“Computerized PTA Monitoring and Billing System” aimed to: a) Create a

database program Computerized PTA Monitoring and Billing System in Terisita

Patalinjug Memorial Elementary School., b) Monitor and calculate payments

of every students, and c)Generate reports of the following; List of student of

Terisita Patalinjug Memorial Elementary School, Billing statement of students

and Students receipt.

The system was developed using visual basic 6.0 programming language

as system front end and Microsoft access as the system data based or back end.

Transactions process, data fields, program commands as well as data report

were based on the gathered data from the Teresita Patalinjug Memorial

Elementary School. After the system was developed it undergone series of tests

to evaluate its functionality, accessibility and accuracy of the system.

The system was evaluated in terms of its design and interface,

functionality and the efficiency of the system by the selected employee and

patients who served as respondents in the evaluation of the system.

Results of the evaluation revealed that the system obtained a rating of

4.75 for design and interface, 4.67 for its functionality and 4.0 for efficiency and

the system security got the rating of 4.65. The overall evaluation of the system

successfully attained a “Strongly Agree” score with a grand mean of 4.51 which

means that the Computerized PTA Monitoring and Billing System was functioning

excellently and very efficient. And the system interface respond to user action at

all time. It was excellently flexible in allowing user to choose options with

pleasing and easy to use and understand.
