ABSTRACT

This project is aimed to developing an online Blood DonationInformation. The entire project has been
developed keeping in view of the distributed client server computing technology, in mind. The
BloodDonation Agent is to create an eInformation about the donor andorgani!ation that are related to
donating the blood. Through thisapplication any person who is interested in donating the blood
canregister himself in the same way if any organi!ation wants to registeritself with this site that can also
register. "oreover if any generalconsumer wants to make re#uest blood online he can also take thehelp
of this site. Admin is the main authority who can doaddition, deletion, and modification if re#uired.The
project has been planned to be having the view of distributed architecture, with centrali!ed storage of
the database. Theapplication for the storage of the data has been planned. $sing theconstructs of "%
%&' %erver and all the user interfaces have beendesigned using the A%(.)et technologies. The database
connectivity isplanned using the *%&' +onnection methodology. The standards of security and data
protective mechanism have been given a big choicefor proper usage. The application takes care of
different modules andtheir associated reports, which are produced as per the applicablestrategies and
standards that are put forwarded by the administrativestaff.The entire project has been developed
