Dear Dr. Adalid:

I am happy to submit this intent letter to have an approval as an intern or student teacher in
Demetrio L. Alviola National High School (DLANHS) located at, Tinaogan, Bindoy, Negros
Oriental, which is very convenient for me as a Bindoyanon.

Currently, I am a fourth year student of NORSU taking up Bachelor of Secondary Education

major in Mathematics. In my own perspective, a good teacher must possess qualities such that
knowledgeable enough to teach students and know how to say Yes and No to students, inorder to
have a peaceful environment inside the classroom. In that case as a CED student we are prepared
along from first year until now, so I am confident enough that I am equipped by these qualities.

As a math student teacher I believe that I am ready to have my internship in the said school
(DLANHS) and I assure you that I will do my best to make NORSU be proud of me.

I look forward for this student teaching as my final step before becoming certified in one of
today's most important profession.
