I, Tangerine B. Pacaña a fourth year Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Studies,
possessing an excellent moral character and equipped with good vision would like to inform your
good office that I have successfully finished the pre-requisite courses stipulated in my
curriculum and hope to graduate this second semester of SY 2018-2019.
