Dear People,

I blocked a sock puppet (a fake Twitter Account fronting for the Banking Cartel), posing as
Snow White. Snow White was spreading disinformation in my social media. Today Snow

White had another Sock Puppet, named post on my social media, implying
that I had not given any evidence showing that Q and THRIVE are controlled opposition.
Controlled opposition fakes people out by giving some true information, only in order to
spread more dangerous lies. I said, "You want truth, I'll give you truth" and then I did just

The Board of Governors of the World Bank and International Monetary

Fund administer the Global Debt Facility, and I represent the 17% vote of
the US on the Board of Governors until the 1789 Constitution of the US goes
back into effect.

Some of the elites are admitting that they have betrayed the people. In a
television interview in December, 2014, Herman Wijffels, the former
representative of the Netherlands on the Board of Executive Directors of the
World Bank, said "It is my sincere opinion that through different
developments and circumstances, the elite not only in our country, but in

aiding the enemy. The following month Secretary Hagel was forced to resign.

I have just returned from Holland, and learned there that Messrs. Wijffels and
Melkert have informed the Dutch public that they were subjected to investigations of their
private lives as a form of diplomatic blackmail. According to Mr. Wijffels, other executive
directors on the World Bank's Board have been similarly intimidated. This does not augur
well for the upcoming Annual Meetings that will start October 20th. I attach translations

Of course, the Volcker Panel report has not dealt with INT's record of whistleblower
harassment, and only serves to discredit US probity in its oversight of the World Bank.

I would like to speak with you about my discussions with Pieter Stek on September 25 and
26 and with Riny Bus in the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs on September 24th.
In previous episodes I have been telling you about my lawsuit against the World Bank, and its medical
insurers, and its auditors, KPMG, and a man who was appointed by the World Bank to investigate my
whistleblower retaliation claims. That lawsuit was settled by the Board of Governors of the World Bank,
and I was reinstated. The police in the District of Columbia and the Judicial Conference (headed by Chief
Justice John Roberts) refused to recognize this settlement, and my conversations about the nomination of
Judge Merrick to fill the vacancy on the Supreme Court that was created after the murder of Justice
Anton Scalia have been featured in previous episodes on DCTV.

Judge A. Raymond Randolph was on the panel of judges in my case in the US Court of Appeals for the
DC Circuit together with Judges Merrick B. Garland and Stephen F. Williams. (Judge Randolph decided
in Al Odah v. United States that the detainees at Guantanamo Bay did not have rights under the United
States Constitution. Judge Randolph also held in Hamdan v. Rumsfeld that the Bush
Administration's military commissions to try designated "enemy combatants" at Guantanamo Bay were
not in violation of the Geneva Conventions. Judge Randolph also stripped the federal courts of jurisdiction
to hear petitions of habeas corpus from aliens detained by the US Military in Boumediene v. Bush.)

The Appeals Court cancelled oral arguments within a week of the scheduled date, and simply affirmed
the lower court without a reasoned argument although the standard of review was for a de
novo consideration of the issues raised. The lower court granted the World Bank immunity although I
was a bondholder, and the World Bank waives its immunity to bondholders. The court ruled within 24
hours of my comment informing the World Bank's Board of Directors that the Bank's General Counsel
was conflicted out from handling the

It is proving challenging to route the endemic corruption. A very powerful stakeholder analysis predicts

Attached is the statement of the US defense attaché in the Tokyo embassy, a member of
the US Joint Japan Committee under the Status of Forces Agreement. I am also
attaching my letter of January 27, 2016 to General Joseph Dunford, Jr., Chair of the
Joint Chiefs of Staff, concerning the obligation of the US during the Global Currency
Reset to restore any theft of gold from the Global Debt Facility. The Federal Reserve
Note is being replaced with the US' monetary gold reserves on deposit in the Global
Debt Facility in the Global Currency Reset. I have reiterated that the US is going to
observe its treaty obligations to defend Germany and Japan in my letter of October 31,

Jon Rymer has a conflict, and DoD IG's office is unable to process the complaint which I
submitted to the Marines IG. I informed all of the armed forces that this matter is before the
Marines IG, and that is where it shall remain so that the court martial procedure against
Martin Dempsey and Jon Rymer is able to proceed. This matter is not before DoDIG.

The theft of the gold in the Global Debt Facility is concurrently before the insurers of the
Global Debt Facility, Lloyds of London and Lincoln, as well as the Joint Japan-US Committee
under the Status of Forces Agreement. Dithering is going to lose Germany as an ally, with
90-95% likelihood.

I repeat my question to the 3 townhall meetings that former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of
Staff Martin Dempsey declined to answer; and which during this interregnum in the legitimate
government of the United States the County Executives of America, the National Taxpayers'
