electric cooperatives/franchise holders and/or local government units’ compliance with their financial and contractual
obligations.

Under immediate supervision, conducts periodic audit of energy resource developer/power producers/
electric cooperatives/franchise holders and/or local government units’ books of accounts and assists in the
updating of the database on ER 1-94 and/or other DOE-Administered energy funds.
