Introduction

Unit conversion is a multi-step process that involves multiplication or division by a

numerical factor, selection of the correct number of significant digits, and rounding. The multi-
step process is presented in NIST SP 1038 – 2006 (section 4.4), including a rounding procedure
for technical documents, specification, and other applications such package goods in the
commercial marketplace and temperature. It converts unit measurement for the same quantity.

International System of Units is the modern form of metric system, and is the most
widely used system of measurement. Metric system is the international decimal system of
weights and measures, based on the metre for length and the kilogram for mass. English
system is a system of weights and measures that evolved over time and was once the de facto
standard throughout much of the world.

Materials and Methods

During the laboratory, the materials used are the following:

1. Laptop
2. Wifi
3. Internet connection

During the laboratory, the following methods are followed:

1. Gather the data required with the aid of internet connection.
2. Input the data through laptop using Microsoft word.
3. Summarize the data gathered and determine the data that are useful.
4. Remove the data that are insignificant and unrelated to the laboratory output.
5. Finalized the output and have it printed ready to be passed.
