As you have previously informed, this Council has been granted Liability Order(s) against
you for the following Council Tax Accounts:

Despite previous recovery action and attempts by the Council's appointed bailiff company
to collect the debt(s), a total of £211.00 is still outstanding. This doesn't include any debts
that have become payable after 31 March 2016.

You now have 14 days from the date of this letter to pay the full amount or contact the Debt
Management Section to agree a satisfactory instalment arrangement to clear the
outstanding debt.

If you do not pay the full amount, or make an arrangement, we will have to apply to the
Magistrates Court for you to be committed to prison.

The Council does not want to take this action but you have failed to respond to all other
methods that are available to recover these debts. if we do take this action it may lead to
costs of more than £200.00, which will be added to your current council debt.

It is in your best interest to pay in full immediately or contact the Debt Management Team
to discuss repayment. You can telephone, email or you can write to the Debt Management
Team at the address above.
