Please accept this letter as my formal resignation as a Customer Service Associate from Concentrix
effective immediately.

I sincerely apologize for the abrupt timing of this announcement, however due to unforeseen
circumstances, I have decided to resign. My family is in immediate need of my assistance on our family
business and investments and to takeover in looking after my siblings who has been involved in multiple
alarming troubles.

me well for my next challenge.
