I would like to apply for the position as advertised. Please find attached my CV.

My tertiary qualifications include: B-proc law (UP), BA (Hons) Development Studies (UNISA),
and B Ed (Hons) Education Management, Law and Policy (UP). My TEFL certification is a 168
hour level 5 certificate in TEFL accredited by the TQUK. I furthermore hold South African
ODETDP qualifications in Facilitation, Outcomes-based Assessment and Skills Development
Facilitation accredited with the ETDP SETA.

Most of my work experience lies within the education sector within South Africa as well as
abroad, including the following countries: Somalia, Sudan, Sultanate of Oman, Saudi Arabia,
the U.K, Taiwan, China and Iraq. This experience includes TEFL (Teaching English as a foreign
language), Business English and EAP (English for Academic purposes) at school level, adult
level, corporate level and Higher Education level.

During my working experiences locally and abroad, I have acquired many people,
organizational, logistical and inter-personal/multi-cultural communication skills. I have an
English proficiency band score of 8/9 according to the International English language Testing
System (IELTS - University of Cambridge and the British Council). I have excellent non-verbal
and report writing skills.

I have a valid driver’s license and currently reside in Pretoria, South Africa. I’m computer
literate with regards to MS Office packages, the Internet, E-mailing and social media
applications. I have created my own website with a full work portfolio, which may be viewed
at: www.edumaxsolutions.weebly.com. I’m reliable, self-motivated and professional and
would be an asset to any employer.
