8 Narrative

CREATOR & TOKENs

The CREATOR, corpusTU Inc., creates an own digital currency & issues a finite
number of 10’000’000 KISS-TOKENs, all of them initially in his possession.
No additional KISS-TOKENs are ever to be issued. (“No inflation” effect.)
KISS-TOKENs are divisible 1:10’000’000.

HOLDERs
HOLDERs are members of corpusTU’s network & financial system and can buy,
hold (possess) or sell KISS-TOKENs.
HOLDERs receive a portion of in KISS-TOKENs monthly distributed BONUS.

VALIDATORs
VALIDATORs are by definition HOLDERs of at least 100’000 KISS-TOKENs,
in possession of the necessary technical equipment & software and 7/24 online.
VALIDATORs validate TRANSACTIONs.
The CREATOR is by right the first VALIDATOR and has the power to approve
all other VALIDATORs. VALIDATORs can be cancelled by the CREATOR if they
do not comply with the above listed requirements.
VALIDATORs, being also HOLDERs, receive a portion of in KISS-TOKENs monthly
distributed BONUS. VALIDATORs receive VALIDATOR FEE, which is a portion
of VALIDATION FEE and is applicable on every single TRANSACTION.
CREATOR
The CREATOR is the initial HOLDER of all 10’000’000 KISS-TOKENs and is the first and
controlling VALIDATOR with the power to approve & cancel all other VALIDATORs.
The CREATOR, being also HOLDER, receives a portion of in KISS-TOKENs monthly
distributed BONUS.
The CREATOR, being also VALIDATOR, receives VALIDATOR FEE, which is a portion
of VALIDATION FEE and is applicable on every single TRANSACTION.
The CREATOR receives CREATOR FEE, which is applicable on every single
TRANSACTION.

TRANSACTION
TRANSACTION is a transfer of KISS-TOKENs b/n SELLER & BUYER (both HOLDERS)
inside corpusTU’s network & financial system.

TRANSACTION VALUE
TRANSACTION VALUE is the nominal value of TRANSACTION in KISS-TOKENs.

TRANSACTION FEEs, applicable on every single TRANSACTION, paid by BUYER:

1 VALIDATION FEE = [0.05%] x [TRANSACTION VALUE], but not less than

0.05 KISS-TOKEN & distributed among VALIDATORs.

2 VALIDATOR FEE = [VALIDATION FEE] : [number of all KISS-TOKENs, held in

“network security deposits” by all active, at the time a TRANSACTION takes place,
VALIDATORs] x [number of KISS-TOKENs, held in a “network security deposit”
by a specific active, at the time a TRANSACTION takes place, VALIDATOR].

3 CREATOR FEE = [0.05%] x [TRANSACTION VALUE], but not less than

0.05 KISS-TOKEN & received by CREATOR.

BONUS
BONUS is defined & paid in KISS-TOKENs.
At the end of every current calendar month, BONUS, equal to 25% of CREATOR’s
(corpusTU’s) KISS-TOKENs intake for this current month (services paid + BONUS +
VALIDATION FEEs + CREATOR FEEs), is being defined. On the first working day of the
following month, BONUS is paid to the current HOLDERs of KISS-TOKENs,
proportionally to their holdings of KISS-TOKENs.
