JOB DETAILS:
 Supervision of Piping, Pre – Fabrication, Erection.
 Checking of availability of material for individual lines with the bill of material and making
availability in it.
 Manage the labors at erection site.
 Supervise Shop and field fabrication, Erection and Installation and above ground Piping.
 Co-ordinate with the contractor for the fabrication and erection of the spool of the concern
pipeline.
  Read and understand the drawing as well as preparing the required documents.
 Review and check isometric drawing.
 Comparing with MTO and to checking the real status.
 Preparation of daily and weekly progress report.
 Fabrication of piping spool according to isometric drawing.
 Checking fit ups, arranging resources.
 Resolution of site problems and requests.
 Attending weekly meetings with the client.
 Preparing daily progress report and report it to client.
 Make day to day planning and monitor progresses at site.
 Fit up check.
 To work out the scope and work involved.
 To calculate the man power requirement along with the machineries, tools and tackle.
 To prepare the monthly work plan subjected to available front of material.
 To plan and preparation of the schedule for prefabrication.
 Co-ordination with client project and planning team to achieve the job Targets.
 Follow up with the sub ordinates to achieve the production targets.
 Co-ordination with the HSE Team to carry out the job with the high standard of safety.
 Preparation of work method statement for piping fabrication and erection activities.
 To update the daily progress report.

 Pressure Drop Calculation.
 Knowledge of piping specification and valve data sheet.
