KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE, made and executed by and between:

MELCHOR L. ALTERADO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to CARMELA D.

ALTERADO, and residing at Phase 1, Block 55, Lot 16, Brgy. Hugo Perez, Golden Horizon,
Brgy. Hugo Perez, Trece Martires City, Cavite, and herein after jointly referred to as the
SELLER;

-and-

YOLANDA P. DE LEON, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and with postal
address at Block 80, Lot 41, Golden Horizon, Brgy. Hugo Perez, Trece Martires City, Cavite,
and herein after called as the BUYER.

(Both of which are herein collectively referred to as the “PARTIES” for brevity)

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the true and absolute owner of the motor vehicle described
herebelow:

WHEREAS, the BUYER is interested, ready and willing to buy the above-described
motor vehicle from the SELLER in the amount stated hereunder and the SELLER is amenable to
the said purchase.

WHEREFORE, for and in consideration of the FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS

(Php15,000.00) Philippine currency, in hand paid to the SELLER MELCHOR L.
ALTERADO by the BUYER YOLANDA P. DE LEON to the SELLER’s full satisfaction, do
HEREBY SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY unto the said BUYER the above-
described motor vehicle.

SELLER hereby warrants to the BUYER full title and ownership over the motor vehicle
subject of this Deed and that it is free from all liens and encumbrances in favor of any third
person or entity.
