4(A.) VISUAL TEST
(1) Visually check the LED Taxi
Light (1-1) for external damage.

(2) There must be no external

damage to the LED Taxi Light (1-1)

B. DIELECTRIC STRENGTH TEST : (ONLY PERFORM THIS TEST, IF WIRING IS SUSPECTED OF

DAMAGE )

(1) Apply the testing voltage 1500

V/50Hz between the electrical
contacts "A" and "B"
tied together and the Contact C and
to the Bonding Point of the
equipment for the period of one
minute.

(2) The current must not be more Must not be more than

C. INSULATION RESISTANCE TEST : (ONLY PERFORM THIS TEST, IF WIRING IS SUSPECTED

D. BONDING MEASUREMENT :

(1) Measure the bonding resistance

E. FUNCTIONAL TEST :

(1) Connect the 115 V power supply 115V

to the LED Taxi Light.

(2) Set the power supply to on.

(3) Measure the EUT input

current at operating voltages of
115V/400 Hz.

(4) Malfunction is not allowed to

occur during the functional test.

(5) Remove the power supply

from the LED Taxi Light.
