2. ICOW the abovementioned reference, please be informed that on

January 24, 2019, JO1 Reinald Raven L Guerrero, RN, Recovery Center Staff Nurse,
through the supervision and instruction of SJO4 Richard C Recososa, RN, Recovery
Center Chief, conducted an information drive on Leprosy and Goiter to the
PDLs/Recovering Drug Dependents (RDDs) of Butuan City Jail Recovery Center in the
activity area of the said facility.

3. The said activity was attended and participated by thirteen (13) in-
program PDLs/RDDs.
