GUIDELINES FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE PROVINCIAL ASSESSMENT & MENTORING


WORKSHOP ON LOCAL ROAD MANAGEMENT (LRM) AND PUBLIC FINANCE MANAGEMENT
(PFM)
1. Participants to the 2-day activity will be the LRMT members with at least 3 staff from each
Department/Unit to include the following: PPDO, PEO, Information Unit, PENRO, PGSO,
BAC, PBO, PTO, PAccO, Internal Audit Department/Unit, HRMO & Provincial Administrator’s
Office;
2. CSO/NGO representatives are to be invited;
3. Provincial Planning & Development Office is to present its Development Directions;
4. There will be at least one laptop to be provided for each of the Key Reform Area, including a
centralized laptop with a projector and screen;
5. The province is to prepare for the tarpaulin for use during the 2-day activity, including meals
and venue arrangement;
6. Venue should be able to accommodate 14 break-up groups (7 each per province) for the 2-
day activity.
7. The participants should bring with them e-copies or hard copies of the following:
