Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 151 M3 is the sulphonated
napthalene formadehyde based superplasticising
admixture to produce pumpable or flowable concrete,
free from bleeding and segregation when added to
the concrete mix having slump atleast 25 mm without
admixture.
It also imparts the cohesiveness to concrete mix for easy
placing and pumping.

FEATURES & BENEFITS:
Water reduction upto 25% without effecting the
workability
Helps in reducing cement content for a required
strength by reducing w/c ratio.
Increases workability at a given w/c ratio, resulting
easy placing, and eliminates honeycombing.
High workability for longer periods to allow long
distance transport of concrete.
Reduction in shrinkage cracks
Less permeable and hence more durable concrete.
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Concrete shall be mixed with 50-70% of the mixing
water(based on mix design by weight).
The correct quantity of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 151 M3
should be measured with recommended dispenser
and should be added to the concrete with remaining
30% mixing water and allow to mix it for recommended
mixing time.
Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 151 M3 should not be added
in dry mixes under any circumstances

DOSAGE:
CONCRETE ADMIXTURES
Dosage range of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 151 M3
will be 250 ml to 750 ml per bag of cement.
• Optimum dosage should be determined by doing
site trial mixes. Dosage may go above maximum
limit for High Performance Concrete and shall be
determined by site trial mix.
COMPATIBILITY:
Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 151 M3 is compatible with
all types of cement e.g. OPC, PPC, PSC etc.
Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 151 M3 is compatible with
all air entraining agent which complies wiith IS
9103-2003 and Integral water proofing compound
which complies with IS 2645- 1978. The maximum
air-entrainment in fresh concrete will be 1.5%
other than control mix air content at recommended
dosages. If other admixtures are to be used in
concrete containing Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 151 M3
they must be dispensed separately.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS :
Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 151 M3 is a non-toxic and
non-flammable. When in contact with the skin, it should
be washed with cold water.

STORAGE :
• Keep the liquid above freezing temperature.
• If the product has frozen, thaw it at room
temperature(25°C) and agitate to completely
reconstitute it in the original form.

• Failure to comply with recommended storage
condition may result in premature deterioration of
the product and packaging.
