INSTRUCTIONS
i. Interest Free Loans Scheme will be granted to the Provincial Government Employees serving in BS-01 to BS-17 in
case of Advances of Bicycle Advance, Motorcycle Advance & House Building Advance, whereas the case of Motor
Car Advance only Provincial Government Employees in BS-17 & above are eligible according to the following
admissible rates :

B House Building Rs.250,000/- Rs.2,084/- P.M in 120 equal installments. (No Min. Service : BS-1 to
Advance permission for extension in the period of return else 10 years & BS-17
profit on the loan will be imposed at the profit rate of Max Age : 50
GP Fund of that Year).
C Motorcycle Rs.80,000/- Rs.1,334/- P.M in 60 equal installments. (No Min. Service : BS-1 to
Advance permission for extension in the period of return else 05 years & BS-17
profit on the loan will be imposed at the profit rate of Max Age : 55
GP Fund of that Year).
D Bicycle Rs.8,000/- Rs.200/- P.M in 40 equal installments. (No permission No Criteria BS-1 to
Advance for extension in the period of return else profit on the BS-17
loan will be imposed at the profit rate of GP Fund of
that Year).
ii. There will be no quota or special consideration etc. in any case and all such list prepared for the purpose in the past
will be deemed cancelled. iii. Deputationists will not be eligible for the grant of the Interest Free Loan Scheme.
iv. Loan will be admissible only in one of the category mentioned in (i) of the Terms and conditions. However, after
the expiry of the period and return of all the installments another loan can be granted.
v. Loan will be granted only to those Government Employees who are not availing the loan facility from the existing
scheme, duly certified by the concerned DDO. vi. Any employee availing the facility of Interest Free Loan
Scheme will only be relieved from the services, in case of resignation, pre-mature retirement, termination etc
after the recovery of all the dues. vii. In case of death during service of the loanee Government employees
the remaining installments shall be waived off in consultation with Finance Department. viii. The
application forms of Civil Secretariat employees and its Attached Department shall be enlisted / scrutinized
by Benevolent Fund Section Administration Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar (on DESP), applications of
the Provincial Government Employees working in various Districts / Tribal Districts shall be enlisted / scrutinized
by the Deputy Commissioners of the Districts concerned and applications of Attached Provincial Departments
shall be enlisted by their respective Departments. Data Entry Software Programme (DESP) for departments is
available on Benevolent Fund website www.bfkp.org.
ix. Last date for receipt of application forms for the financial year 2018-2019 at concerned offices mentioned at (viii)
above is 31/01/2019. After scrutiny of all such applications will be submitted to the Provincial Benevolent Fund
Cell upto 10/02/2019 by the Departments in soft and hard copies be submitted in sequence according to the list.
x. After scrutiny of the applications record the draw shall be arranged by a Committee constituted for the purpose.
xi. After the approval of the loan advances, Accountant General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will release the funds to the
concerned Administrative Departments, Attached Departments and concerned DDOs for onward release to the
concerned Government employees. xii. Deduction of installments and maintenance of record shall be the
responsibility of concerned District Accounts Officers and Accountant General Office Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

xiii. Rules 253-A-2(vi) of GFR will be considered relaxed at present except S.No (i)(A) i.e. Motor Car Advance.
