Investigate the impact of cultural and intercultural diversity on SEHA performance; A mixed method
approach.
Research Objective
To assess the impact of cultural and intercultural diversity towards SEHA performance.
Additionally, new strategies to improve the performance of SEHA could be identified.
Research Significance
Diversity in organization is the differences among employee in various aspects like family status,
appearance, race, religion, language, ethnicity, age, sex and many more. All these aspects highly
affect the employee performance and directly influence the organizational performance. In this
manner, it is important to examine the actual impact of intercultural diversity on performance of
organization.
Research Questions
1. What are the effects of demographics toward cultural diversity in SEHA?
2. What are the advantage and disadvantage of having multi-cultural employees within the
company?
3. How managers and employees overcome diversity in the organization.
