Please choose one type of registration fee (there are four registration fees- click here for more details on fees):
¨ A) €580 (euro) covering 2 nights of accommodation, 2 meals per day, coffee breaks, access to all sessions and conference material
with all taxes paid. Note: This fee includes everything but the travel cost to Athens. If a double occupancy is required, add 120 euro to
fee which includes two nights for the second person, two breakfasts and two lunches.
¨ B) €1200 (euro) covering 4 nights of accommodation, 2 meals per day, coffee breaks, access to all sessions, conference material
participation in all social and educational activities (with the exception of Ancient Corinth and Cape Sounion visit) with all taxes paid. If
double occupancy is required, we can send you more information about costs (please send your request to hotel@atiner.gr).
¨ C) €400 (euro) covering access to all sessions, two lunches, coffee breaks and conference material.
¨ D) €2000 (euro) covering 4 nights of accommodation for two people in a luxury room at the conference hotel, subject to availability,
with breakfast and all taxes paid, transportation from/to the airport, transfer service for the first two days of the conference, participation
for two people in all social and educational activities (with the exception of Ancient Corinth and Cape Sounion visit), access to all
sessions, two lunches, coffee breaks and conference material. This option covers one registration fee for the sessions of the conference.
Accompanying persons pay no registration fee only if they do not attend the sessions of the conference. Of course, co-authors, who
present at the conference, pay the entire fee (400 euro).

Wednesday OR (You can only participate in one of the two visits)
Cruise to Aegean islands with lunch, transfer to Piraeus and boat fare (free with registration (b) & (d), otherwise
100 euro). Departure at 07:00 Return at 20:30. Visit the islands of Aegina, Hydra, Poros.
Delphi Visit with lunch (free only with registration (b) & (d), otherwise 100 euro). Departure at 08:00 Return at

Ancient Corinth and Cape Sounion (100 euro). Departure at 08:00 Return at 19:30. This event isn’t included in

any registration fee and does not include lunch.
__________Total Cost of the above Activities
All amounts should be paid in advance, including accommodation. There is no refund for registration fees (a) and (c). These fees cover
the fixed and sunk cost of processing your registration. There is a cancelation fee of 580 euro for fees (b) & (d), if at least one month
notice is given. There is full refund for all the activities if they are not included in the registration fee and if two-weeks notice is given.
Please do not forget to add the registration fee to the total cost of accommodation and the total cost of activities.
