EMPLOYMENT

CONTRACT

This Employment Contract is entered between:

GLOBAL IMMUNITY TRADING & CONTRACTING LLC, registered under Commercial Registration No.:
1067048 having its address and registered office at P.O. Box 990, P.C. 211, Sultanate of Oman,
herein after referred to as the Company.

And

Ranjit Singh, Indian National, holder of Passport Number: R6595486, Date of Birth: 23/04/1989,

Both the Company and the Employee shall be jointly referred to as the "Parties".

Whereas the Parties hereby enter into this Employment Contract, based on the terms and
conditions mutually agreed upon, as follows:
Definitions:
"Contract" means this employment contract in its final form inclusive of any annexures /
attachments mentioned in this contract;

"Company" means GLOBAL IMMUNITY TRADING & CONTRACTING LLC; "Employee"

means Mr. Ranjit Singh:

"Ministry" means Ministry of Manpower in the Sultanate of Oman;

"Oman Labour Law" means the Omani Labour Law promulgated by the Royal Decree 35/2003 and
its amendments and the implementing regulations thereto;

"Company Policy" means the Company's Personnel/Human Resource Policies and Procedures
Manual as to be formulated or amended from time to time.

1) Appointment:
1.1 The Company is pleased to appoint the Employee in the organization as "Filler Operator ",
reporting to the “plant manager”, as per the terms and conditions in this Contract.

1.2 The Employee shall accept the duties of another position assigned to him by the Company
either in addition to or instead of the above duties. It is being understood that the Employee will
not be required to perform duties, which are not reasonably within his capabilities, and that such
other position will not deviate from the original position technically, economically or morally.

2) Place of Employment:

2.1 The Employee shall be based at "Salalah, Sultanate of Oman".


2.2 The Employee shall be prepared to work anywhere in the Sultanate of Oman, as and when
directed by the Company, by mutual agreement. The services will be transferable anytime within the
same division or group companies.

3) Salary and Emoluments working hours

3.1 In consideration of the employment, the Employee shall be entitled for the monthly gross
salary of RO 250/- (Rial Omani two Hundred and Thirty per month only) which shall comprise of
following:

Basic Salary: RO 220/- Per month (Rial Omani Hundred and twenty) Per month)
Food Allowance: RO 30/- Per month (Rial Omani Thirty Per month) to cover the entire cost of Food
including all meals .

3.2 Other Benefits as per the Company Policy and the grade of Employee.

3.3 The Employee shall provide his local bank account details to enable the Company to transfer his
salary to such nominated bank account and shall keep the Company updated on any changes to these
details.
3.4 The working hours are 60 hours a week with 1 day off .At any point if the employee works on his “Day
Off” that days work will be compensated as over time( calculated on the basic salary), or will be added as
Extra day worked and will be compensated during his annual leave period or provided with a extra day off.

4) Status: The Employee will be on single status visa

5) Contract Period: The Contract is valid for a period of 24 months inclusive of annual leave, from
the date of joining the services of the Company and is renewable on mutual consent. During the period
of the first 24 months from the date of joining, if the employee resign from the services of the
company, he will be liable for payment of recruitment expenses, if any incurred by the company
on a prorated basis.
6) Probation Period: Three months from the date of joining. There will be no OVERTIME during
probation period of the employee, irrespective of the position he joins in.

7) Annual Leave: The Employee shall be entitled to an annual leave of 30 calendar days for every.
12 months of continuous service, paid with gross salary.

8) Passage:
8.1 On Joining: Economy air ticket for the Employee , from the closest International Airport near to
the home town to reach Oman while joining duty will be provided by the employee himself. Company
can pay the arrival ticket of the employee , if he wish to, however the ticket charges will be deducted from
the Employee monthly salary on a period of 6 months.

8.2 Annual leave Travel: On completion of 24 months of continuous service, the Employee will be
provided with a return economy air ticket from Sultanate of Oman to reach the closest
International Airport of his hometown by flights originating from the Sultanate of Oman.

8.3 On end of Service: On completion or termination of this Contract, the Employee will be
provided with a one-way economy class air passage allowance to the international airport nearest to
his hometown.

9)Medical: The Employee shall be covered under group medical insurance to meet medical
expenses except cost of denture, lenses, maternity related expenses, incurred in the Sultanate of
Oman.

10)Accommodation: The Employee will be provided with a shared accommodation (with bunk beds) ,
located in the working camp of the serviced company.

10.1 No outsiders are allowed in the accommodation

10.2 Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in the accommodation and place of work. Consumption of
alcohol by the employee will result in ,immediate , termination of the contract, without any notice ,
and deduction of gratuity.

10.3 Fighting or physical confrontation will not be tolerated and is subject to warning, depending on the
severity of situation it may result in the termination of Employee contract.
11) End of Service Gratuity: At the end of service with the Company, the Employee will be
entitled to end of service gratuity of 15 days basic salary for the first three years of service and
thereafter 30 days basic salary from the fourth year onwards. Rules as per Oman Labor laws will be
applicable. The gratuity shall not be payable if the duration of the service is less than one year.

12) Termination:
12.1 This Contract may be terminated as follows:
a. During the probationary period referred to in section 6, either Party may terminate the Contract,
but with a prior written notice of at least seven days;
d. Either Party may terminate this Contract by giving a prior written notice of not less than one month
to the other Party or alternately, in lieu of the notice period, the Party terminating the Contract to
pay to the other party compensation equal to the gross salary for the notice period or the remaining
part thereof. If the employee resign from the services of the company, he will also be liable for
payment of certain visa and immigration expenses incurred by the company on a prorated basis.

12.2 The contract can be terminated by the Company without prior notice, if:
a. The particulars mentioned in job application or documents /certificates / testimonials
submitted by the employee to the company are found false or altered or incorrect.
b. The employee have willfully and deliberately violated or breached any internal regulations,
policies and code of conduct guidelines of the Company.

12.3 The termination of this Contract will not affect any claim, which the Company may have for
damages arising from any breach of this Contract by the Employee.

12.4 The Parties mutually undertake not to make any statement damaging each other's good
reputation following the termination of the employment relationship.

12.5 On the last day spent at work, the Employee shall hand over, all the related belongings in his
possession to a person designated by the Company.
13) Restrictions: During the term of his employment:
13.1 The Employee is forbidden from carrying on any business or taking up employment outside the
Company, directly or indirectly, or enter into any dealings with third parties on the basis of
information or documents made available to the Employee, without the express written consent of
the Company, the provision of such consent being in the sole discretion of the Company.

13.2 The Employee will not, unless specifically authorized by his reporting authority in writing,
give any interview in any newspaper, magazine or write to press or media (print or electronic).

13.3 Consumption of Alcohol is STRICTLY PROHIBITAED , at work

14) Confidentiality: The Employee agrees and confirms by accepting the Contract that he shall not,
at any time, during his employment with the Company or thereafter, take personal
possession of, or use or disclose or allow to be disclosed to any third party, any information or data
of whatever nature relating to the activities or business of the company disclosed to him or has
come across during the term of his employment except that which is public domain.

15) Code of Conduct

15.1 The Employee shall diligently perform the functions of his employment hereunder and
faithfully serve the Company and will follow all the relevant Company policies, rules and
regulations.
15.2 The Employee shall comply and respect all laws, customs and social traditions of the
Sultanate of Oman.

15.3 The Employee shall at all times maintain a good reputation and character and respect the
rights and obligations of other fellow employees.
15.4 The Employee shall maintain a high standard of transparency, ethical values and practices in
all his duties and dealings.
15.5 The Employee shall strive hard to promote the interests of the Company and will not
undertake any activity of any nature whatsoever which is, construed or deemed to be harmful to the
interest and goodwill of the Company.
15.6 The Employee shall follow all safety guidelines and promote a safe and secure work
environment for self and other staff members.
16) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

16.1 All the other terms and conditions of employment not covered by this Contract are governed by
the Oman Labour Law and by the Company Policy and the internal rules and regulations framed
from time to time.

16.2 All disputes, claims or proceeds between the Employee and the Company, relating to the
validity, construction or performance of this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the Ministry and the Omani Courts and the Parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction
thereof

17) Miscellaneous

17.1 This offer is subject to the Employee's being certified medically fit by a medical practitioner in
authorized Medical Centers.
17.2 This offer is also subject to obtaining the necessary clearances and approval for the
Employee from the relevant authorities in the Sultanate of Oman.

This Contract is open for the Employee's acceptance for 10 days from the date of issue.
Should the Employee accept this contract, he shall countersign and return the copy long with
copies of his following documents to enable the Company to obtain his employment visa:
1)Filled-in and signed application form 2) Academic Qualification Certificates 3) Professional
Qualification Certificates 4) Work experience certificates including pay slip 5) Updated Resume 6)
12 passport size photographs 7) Passport 8) Medical Fitness Certificate in Original 9) Bank
Account details 10) Resident card, if locally hired
