every bike in the new Tiger Explorer family. Five
distinct models, with a low seat option on both
the XRX and XCX, that are precision engineered
to make the most of every transcontinental mile.
The Tiger Explorer’s adventure DNA is undeniable. It starts with the
most powerful shaft-driven engine in the class with our 139PS, 1215cc
triple that puts 123Nm of torque through the rev range at your disposal.
And as you’d expect, each model has state-of-the-art rider-focused
technology for active safety and sure-footed handling. Features such
as corner-optimised ABS, Triumph Traction Control (TTC), linked ABS,
a reassuring hill hold function, up to five Riding Modes including Road,
Rain, Off-road, Sport and a rider programmable mode and an electrically
adjustable screen.

The remarkable chassis has been engineered to deliver a truly superior


riding experience with advanced rider comfort and control. This is
enhanced all the more by a groundbreaking Triumph Semi-Active
Suspension (TSAS) that constantly adapts the suspension settings,

surface (available on our mid-range and top specification models).

The Tiger Explorer XC family are serious


globetrotting bikes prepped for any terrain.
Whether you’re riding the XCX model, its low
seat equivalent, or the range-topping XCA –
when the road ends, the adventure doesn’t.
Each model has its own line-up of state-of-the-art technology such as
cruise control, corner-optimised ABS, Triumph Semi-Active Suspension
(TSAS), traction control and on the XCA, a hill hold feature. Rider-focused
technology that delivers all-round stability and long-distance comfort.
And so you can adapt your bike on the fl y, there are up to fi ve
engaging Riding Modes – Road, Rain, Off-road, Sport and a fully

Tiger Explorer XR family has been meticulously engineered
to give you maximum comfort, whether you’re sweeping
along twisting tarmac or cutting a path along trails.
At your disposal is the XR entry model, the mid-range XRX and its low-seat equivalent,
or the range-topping XRT.

On board lies great handling, comfort, advanced levels of aero-protection, maximum


safety features and state-of-the-art rider-focused technology such as switchable ABS,
traction control and on the XRX, XRX Low and XRT, Triumph’s Semi-Active Suspension
(TSAS). It all comes together to deliver an addictively fun, confidence-inspiring ride.

The unique 12 valve, 1215cc engine is the most powerful shaft drive in its class – offering
an incredible wall of linear torque of 123Nm at 6200rpm. And with up to five Riding

The lightweight Tiger 800 family is bred to tackle any road,


any distance and any challenge. Powered by the new generation
800cc triple engine that’s famous for its smooth delivery
of torque across the rev range – it’s a confidence-inspiring

Naturally, every adventurer rides their own path, so you have a range of bikes at your
disposal. XR models are set up to carve through the asphalt or tackle trails with ease,
while the XC models come into their own on more unforgiving terrain. Altogether there
are five agile models that offer a choice of specifications, rider-focused technology and
off-road performance.

But perhaps what really stands out is the available equipment levels such as
Triumph Traction Control (TTC), cruise control, switchable ABS and a ride-by-wire
which provides precise power delivery.

switchable ABS, Triumph Traction Control (TTC) and adjustable WP suspension.

Up to three Riding Modes incorporate different settings for the ABS, traction
control and throttle map for maximum control and rider excitement. And to

We started by designing a chassis tuned to grab every ounce
of torque from the thrilling 800cc triple engine. Next came
rider-focused switchable ABS, traction control, cruise control
on the XRX and XRT and three Riding Modes – Road, Rain and
a rider customisable mode. So whether you’re pushing hard or
just chilling out, your bike adapts in seconds.
