A Detailed Lesson Plan in English

I. Objectives:

At the end of the lesson the student should be able to:

a. identify the different kinds of weather and it’s symbol;

b. differentiate the different kinds of weather;

c. relate weather into real life situation by asking what do they experience during that weather;

d. sing and dance to perform the weather song and;


e. participate actively in the discussion.

Materials : Visual aids, Picture stand, tape, weather chart,worksheet and textbook.

E. Application

I have here a box. In this box are different


pictures. But before that I will play a song, and
when the music start. This box will pass by
each one of you. When the music stop the one
who is holding the box will get one picture
from it. She or he will identify if the picture is
Sunny day, Rainy day, Windy day, Cloudy day
and Stormy. And you will paste in on the chart
on the board.

IV. Evaluation
Draw lines to match the weather to its description.
