) Considering that complainant and undersigned failed to receive

any notice or order from this Honorable Office for said hearings, the
former failed to participate in this case and were deprived of its due
process.

2.) In light of these circumstances, complainant, through undersigned,

now comes before this Honorable Office and begs its kind
indulgence to grant this Motion to Re-Open the Preliminary
Investigation of this instant case and to admit the attached Reply-
Affidavit of Complainant to serve the best interest of justice and fair
play.
