The aim of this study is to compare the results of static and fatigue tests of four models of lumbar spinal

fixation system. The

systems are compared in terms of materials and some dimensions. Finally, the data analysis of these systems discloses a tendency

for the performance of system components based on information of the biomechanics of the human body. National systems of

different manufacturers will be subjected to static and dynamic loading up your mechanical failure. The test parameters and material

of the test devices are identical for all samples, both recommended by ASTM F1717-13 [1]. The S-N curves showed a similar trend

of results from three systems with pedicle screws and longitudinal rods. However, if observed large variation in yield strength

between samples.
