NATURE OF WORK

• Monitoring of Ball mills as like Raw Mills, coal mills and Cement Mills.
• Well command on various process and quality parameters included in
Ball mills to maintain better Quality in CEMENT as well as in the Raw
Meal.
• Production handling of Ball mills based on Granulometry Reports.
• Mill inspection when the mills are opened as like checking the liner
plates, calculating the percentage of Grinding Media , calculating the
percentage of opening of the Diaphragm etc,.
• Grinding media job supervision during shut down of ball mills.
 • Assure that a consistent, quality product is being produced through
interaction with the quality control department and through the review
of laboratory test results on clinker and cement.
• Take corrective action as necessary and report and recommend
solutions for production problem area.
• Well command on kiln operation as well as kiln process parameters.
• Calculating the wear rate of grinding media in Ball Mills for Make up
Loads.
• Participated in R&D work held on CEMENT in our Company.
• Handled the responsibilities at the time of Auditing at the end of
financial year.
• Thorough knowledge on KILNS and formation of clinker at different
stages in Kiln.
• Knowledge about process data measurements like air flow,
temperature, pressure and heat balance of kilns.
• Thorough knowledge on VRPM.
• Analysis of Average Cement, for percentage of Ash in PPC and CaO,SO3
and Blaine in OPC and PPC cement using X-RAY analyser and Blaine
apparatus.
• Responsible in preparation of monthly reports
• Following, Maintaining and Implementing ISO in regular practice and
maintaining the Quality as per BIS procedures and Implementing TPM
as a regular activity.
• Knowledge about like ISO-9001, 14001, 18001 implementation and
maintenance.
