1. Call to order
a. Stephanie calls the meeting to order at 4:05pm
2. Officers’ Reports
a. Presidents:
i. Rep Council
1. Stipend: meeting rate of $35- hour
2. Extra funds set aside for extra time spent in meetings, etc.
3. Site reps will sign in each meeting
4. Carmen is here from CTA for introductory site rep training
5. Jina will provide site reps with binders for contact information,
contract, and bylaws
b. Secretary
i. Review of minutes from 12-4-18 meeting. Eric moves that we approve the
minutes. Minutes approved
c. Treasurer
i. Operating statement distributed
ii. Because we will no longer be purchasing a yearly audit from an outside
organization, Angela will be performing an audit of last year’s finances
herself.
d. Membership Chair
i. Update on member status
ii. Review of new member processes
e. School Board Report (Stephanie)

i. Angela would like to form an audit committee to perform self-audits
beginning next calendar year.

i. Update on status of contract negotiations (Jina)
1. The Association has declared impasse for the first time in our
history.
2. A mediator will lead a series of meetings between the FA and District
to try and work through our negotiations impasse.
