and help the country into becoming as economical tiger through active private sector
participation in the pursuit of economic development and industrialization. Vital as any other
industry.

The RSL Construction, Inc. enters into the business timely investment venture aimed at
providing appropriate technology in the construction business. The establishment of the
company with its shining seal of commitment to provide quality service to its client, is backed by
professional technical personnel encouraged with desire to excel and be a prime mover in the
ground construction business.

With the above credentials, RSL Construction, Inc. promise to give swift and quality service to
its clients.

II. Company Vision, Mission and State the company’s VMG

to grow our business in all sectors of the market place and to provide a customer
focussed service that delivers high quality construction projects in a safe, professional
and timely manner.

III. Company Profile

RSL CONSTRUCTION, INC. a general construction with license no. 5916 with head
office at the Davao City Region VI, and branches at 9107 Labanda St., Guadalupe, Makati and
McAthur Highway, Hacienda Luicita, Tarlac City, classified and registered at the PCAB as
category “B” with present classification/s as General Engineering/Building.

The company was organized and duly registered on December 15, 1980, under the
name of R.S. Lumanlan owned and managed by Engr. ROQUE S. LUMANLAN as single
proprietor, however as work goes with a good merits and excellent performance on construction
of various projects. Single proprietor R.S. Lumanlan because RSL Construction to now present
RSL Construction, Inc. with SEC registration no. of AS 095- 000603 registration on 24th day of
January 1995.

A.1 External Environment

The RSL Company is known for its quality foundation and unique designs. For 38 years
in the making of the industry they have already earned the loyalty and trust from their clients.
Having good communication between the company and the clients is a must and there must
always be an understanding. Our company also has well upgraded construction equipments.
Since there will always be weaknesses in every business, there is a lack of professionalism of
the workers therefore we find it hard to gain the trust of new possible clients. But with the help of
our trusted customers, through them we may be endorsed by them to spread a good word about
the company.

A.2 Internal Environment

RSL Company is affected by certain factors. We have gathered the strengths of the
company such as the loyalty of our customers, our conducting of benchmarking is effective,
business operations are fast and we offer them projects at a low cost resulting in satisfaction for
the clients. Since a lot of business arises in this industry the company tends to be compared
with other construction companies asking what we can offer that the others don’t have. The
improvement of the management, operations and system, services, and other factors that would
affect the company , bcause of the Build Build Build Program of the government opportunities
are open for the construction industry..
