im of sexual assault by an employee of Respondent,
2. Ihave reported that employee’s assault to law enforcement and to Respondent, The employee
remains employed by Respondent,
3. Onor about October 9, 2018, I discussed potential employment with Respondent's Executive
Director, Skylar Archibald. Mr. Archibald told me that Respondent would only consider employing
me if the empioyce who assaulted me no longer worked there. Respondent has not terminated that
employee,
4, Onor about December 10, 2018, Respondent's attorney sent me a letter directing me to cease and
desist from making complaints about the employee at his workplace.

Your complaint has been assigned to Civil Rights Investigator Jessica Smith for investigative review. The
Civil Rights Division is currently evaluating whether to investigate this matter further.
If the Division concludes that the information available does not indicate a significant possibility that
further investigation will yield substantial evidence of the alleged unlawful practices, the case will be
‘administratively closed, I? the Division proceeds with further investigation, you may be asked to provide
‘additional information. It is imperative that you update us if your contact information changes. If we
request an interview or additional information, you must respond to that request promptly. Failure to do
so can result in closure of your case.
‘When a case alleging unlawful employment practices is closed, the complainant is issued a "Notice of
Right to File a Civil Suit" explaining the right to file suit on the same issues in court, (Please note, the
issuance of this notice does not apply to case closures resulting from settlement agreements.)
In most cases, the law provides that you have one year from the date of an unlawful practice in which to
file a lawsuit in Circuit Court. This one-year period may be affected by filing a complaint with the
Division. If you choose to file suit, or if the Division dismisses your complaint, you should consult an
attomey regarding your right to proceed in court.
