Ken Hansen (Writer) Astoria Police Department Action Taken (On 05/17/2018 at about 11:40am Rathfon and I met with Mary Eng at the Seaside Police Department. We talked to Eng in the interview room. The interview was recorded with my body The following is a summary of the interview. A transcript of the interview is attached, Eng told us a pperson she described as a friend had been to her apartment at 1508 Exchange Street here in ‘Astoria during the early morning of 7-1-2017. That person was Christopher Duffy. Duffy manages the food service at the Bob Chisholm Center in Seaisde. Eng told us Duffy and her had been taking about various topics. Eng said at one point during the night Dutly held her down, Eng said she could feel his erect penis on her leg. She said her ribIncident Report: A201s0888 area hurt from a previous healed injury she said was inflicted by a person named Ben Pickering Eng said Duffy let her up and she walked him home. Eng described the contact as unwanted, Eng also talked about a time at the Bob Chisholm Center in Seaside where she observed Duffy hhug a senior citizen named Carol Meyer. Eng described some hugs Duffy gave her as inappropriate however, concedes that Carol is an affectionate person and may have felt the hugs were affectionate. Eng provided me an email from Duffy to her that she received on February 18th 2018 and notes she had sent to herself. See attached.
