It is before me marriage register of Northern Section district lying within the jurisdiction of
Al-hanafy by looking into ID card of the husband/ Ahmed Tarek Hassan Abdel hamid and I knew
that he was born in Cairo governorate city/district Cairo on 25/7/1980
And I detected from the id of the wife's ID / Birth Certificate/ Medical Certificate indicated her age
by the knowledge of health inspector National Number Identification Or group doctor: National
Number Identification that she is born in Giza governorate city/ district Giza on3/14/1985

hindrances and confirmed that they have none and they assured that they are free of diseases.
