EDNALYN G. LIMBAGAN

I, EDNALYN G. LIMBAGAN, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Mabolo,

Cebu City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and say;

That I am the same and identical person who caused for the execution of this Judicial
Affidavit under the supervision and at the law office of the undersigned counsel with the name
and address stated below;

That I had given my answers on the questions below stated with full consciousness and I
did so under oath, and that, I may face criminal liability for any false testimony or perjury;

That the following are the questions asked by the undersigned counsel with
corresponding answers which I had given;

OFFER OF TESTIMONY

The purpose of affidavit/testimony of the complainant Ednalyn G. Limbagan is being

offered to prove that she has been raped by the defendant Normi Grace Cogtas on February 13,
2019.

Q1: Please state your name and other personal circumstances

A1: I am the Ednalyn Limbagan, Single, 21 years of legal age, and a resident of Mabolo,
Cebu City.

Q2: Do you know personally the defendant Normi Grace?

A2: Yes sir

Q3: What relation do you have with the defendant?

A3: We were couples sir.

Q4: How did you meet the defendant?

A4: We met through our common friends sir.

Q5: Where were you on February 13, 2019?

A5: I was at my house alone sir.

Q6: What were you doing that time?

A6: I was sitting down on my sofa and watching television sir.

Q7: Did the defendant contacted you before he came off in your house?
A7: No sir.

Q8: What time the defendant came in your house?

A8: Around 8:20 in the evening sir.

Q9: What happened then?

A9: He just opened the door of my house without consent and madly approached me.

Q10: Was there anyone else with the defendant?

A10: No sir, there was just the both of us.

Q11: What happened next?

A11: He put his handkerchief on my face forcefully and trying to take off my lower dress.

Q12: What did you do during that time?

A12: I tried to push his face away from me, telling him that I did not like what he was doing,
but I was so dizzy that I had no power to stop him.

Q13: What happened then?

A13: I just woke up seeing Normi Grace sitting down on the floor and telling me that he was
satisfied while seeing myself a bottomless.

Q14: What did you do after?

Q14: When Normi Grace was going to stand up I ran towards him distance around 2 meters
and pushed him away to slow him down and hastily ran going outside to escape.

Q15: What happened then?

A15: Normi Grace was trying to catch me but thankfully there was a police officers roaming
around that time and calling them ask some help. And Normi Grace has been arrested.

Q16: So you have anything to add to you statement?

A16: No sir.
