Sub:- Legal notice issued to you as to the succession to the property
of late Kommuru Yasodamma by her legal heirs who are my client, his
sons and daughters – Rg.

Under the instructions and on behalf of my client Sri. Kommuru
Sidda Reddy S/o late Padda Venkata Reddy, residing in Obulvaripalle
Town, Post & Mandal, Kadapa District, I hereby issue this legal notice to
you with the following facts.
1. My client submits that Kommuru Yasodamma is the junior
paternal mother (Chinnamma) of my client and that she left her property
to her legal heirs who is my client, his sons and daughters. My client
further submits that you manufactured the will dated 19-04-2014 with
the help of your supporters by forging the signature of Kommuru
Yasodamma by impersonation of Kommuru Yasodamma for knocking
away the property of Kommuru Yasodamma by getting the said alleged
will into force.

2. My client submits that you, your son-in-law Kishor Kumar

Reddy, your daughter Lakshi and her father-in-law named Obili
Vengannagari Subba Rami Reddy murdered Kommuru Yasodamma on 07-
05-2014 in her house in Obulavaripalle and buried her in Obulavaripalle
 :: 2 ::

on 08-05-2014 in order to get the property of Kommuru Yosodamma by

giving effect to the alleged false will dated 19-04-2014.

3. My client submits that you and three of your kith and kin as
stated in pare No.2 of this legal notice are murderers of Kommuru
Yasodamma and further submit that you are not entitled and disqualified
from inheriting the property of Kommuru Yasodamma as per Section 25
of Hindu succession Act of 1956 even on the basis of forged and false will
dated 19-04-2014.

4. Therefore please take this legal notice and that you and your
Kith and kin are not entitled and disqualified from inheriting the property
of Kommuru Yasodamma as per Section 25 of Hindu succession Act of
1956.

The above stated facts are read over and explained to me in Telugu
and that I admit that the above stated facts are true and correct to the best
of my knowledge, information and belief and put my signature on this on 9nd
day of June 2018 at Kadapa.
